Warranty:  HiTeQuest warrants to the online purchasers that all products are free from defects in material or workmanship under the condition of normal use and service for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect, malfunction or failure occurs or is discovered during the warranty period, HiTeQuest will repair or replace the defective item.

Returns:  Returned items are accepted undamaged in the original packaging within 2 weeks of purchase. The refund doesn't cover shipping cost.
